Update: Indy DPW Has Opened The Pedestrian Flood Gates

UPDATE: Indy DPW has opened the pedestrian flood gates in the Holcomb Garden area as well as at the gate at W 52nd St. to the west of Butler University. Residents may return to the area. All roads in the Rocky Ripple area are open now. Proceed with caution.
