The same individual, Yogeshwar K Kaushal, appears as president/incorporator on both filings.
The property itself is owned by a Kentucky LLC (Cypress Group LLC).
-Immigration services and tax/insurance under one roof
-same name on both companies
– out-of-state ownership
……Interesting setup.
