Back-to-back pro data center op eds in the IBJ last Friday.
One from Elevate Ventures’ Christopher Day(remember him?).
The other from Jeremy Burton of Burton Advisors.
Both make essentially the same pitch: data centers are good for Indiana farmers.
Day says AI and data centers can make farms more productive.
Burton says selling farmland to data center developers can create “generational wealth.”
Different authors. Same day. Remarkably similar messaging.
Maybe it’s just a coincidence. But it sure reads like a coordinated messaging push.
Note: I can’t archive them to bypass the paywall.
